Be prepared for a weekend full of outdoor winter activities! We hope to spend quality time with our guests doing something we love most: skiing in a place near to our hearts, the Mad River Valley.
Friday
Welcome Dinner
The Pitcher Inn

There will be a reception gathering starting at 7PM at The Pitcher Inn with food and drinks to welcome you all to the Mad River Valley!
Saturday
Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at 10AM outdoors mid-mountain. There is access to the ceremony location via both ski lift and a short, level ground walk from a parking lot. Transport to the parking lot will be provided and coordinated for our guests. Due to the ceremony being held outdoors, we ask our guests to arrive in weather appropriate clothing: snow gear is encouraged!
Skiing & Alternate Activities
Post ceremony, we look forward to skiing all day with as many of our guests as possible. Don’t ski? We will have ski instructors for our guests and also a set of activities to enjoy off-mountain around the Mad River Valley!
Cocktail Hour
We will reconvene after a day of activities for cocktail hour at 6PM.
Reception
We will all reconvene for dinner and dancing at 7 PM in the base lodge at Mad River Glen. Attire is semi-formal.
Sunday
Brunch
We will be hosting a brunch the morning after at our rental house in Waitsfield, VT at 10AM.
